Time:Connect – Control horario

Time:Connect is the time tracking app for employees of companies that use Time:Connect as their time and attendance system.

Clock in and out from your mobile device in just two taps, and see at any time how many hours you've worked today, this week, and this month.

IMPORTANT: You need an account provided by your company. Registration is not possible through the app. If your company does not use Time:Connect, this app will not work for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Clock in and out with a single tap.

• View your daily time slots, including the time of each clock-in and clock-out.

• Check your totals for today, this week, and this month.

• See your scheduled shift for today and how much you have left or how much you have left, based on your planned shift.

• Select your work location or branch when clocking in, if your company has multiple locations.

• Check your vacation balance and any other absences for the year. • Request vacations, leave, and absences, and cancel those still pending approval.

• Add a profile picture, if your company allows it. This is optional.

DESIGNED FOR REAL TIME CHECK-INS

The time clock screen is the first thing you see when you open the app. No menus to navigate, no intermediate steps: the clock-in or clock-out button is front and center, and your status is clear at a glance.

It works the same on a construction site, in a store, or in an office, and for split, night, or rotating shifts.

ABOUT LOCATION

If your company has it enabled, the app records your location when you clock in and saves it with that clock-in, to verify where you clocked in from. This is what validates your work hours.

Your location is ONLY read when you press Clock In or Clock Out. The app doesn't track you between clock-ins, it doesn't run in the background, and it doesn't reconstruct any routes: each location is associated with a single clock-in.

If your company does not use geolocation, no location data is sent.

YOUR DATA

All traffic is encrypted. Data is stored on servers located in Spain, in a separate database for each company.

Your company is responsible for your work hours data and decides what is stored and who can access it. We process it on their behalf, following their instructions.

Work hours records are kept for four years, which is the period required by Spanish regulations on time registration.

ABOUT TIME TRACKING

Since 2019, Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute has required all Spanish companies to keep a daily record of their employees' working hours, including the start and end times for each person. Time:Connect is the tool your company uses to comply with this obligation, and it provides you with a record of the hours you have worked.
