🌡️ HEAT STROKE RISK (NEW)
Running in the heat has its risks. RunMapa includes a heat stress meter designed for runners:
- Combines environmental conditions (temperature and humidity, via WBGT) with your heart rate.

- Connect a Bluetooth heart rate monitor to refine the calculation with your actual effort.

- Alerts you when you enter a risk zone, with advice and warning signs of heat stroke.

- You can consult it for your location or for the location of a specific race.

Important: It is a decision aid, not a medical device, and does not measure your body temperature.

RunMapa does not create accounts, does not collect personal data on any server, and does not sell information to anyone. Location and heart rate are used only at the time of tracking and on your own device.
