- Families and caregivers who participate in the care plan and daily life.

With this app you can:
- Access relevant case information and care monitoring.

- Collaborate on an individualized and shared care plan (PIAI), with objectives and actions.

- Review activities, alerts, and tasks associated with monitoring.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among professionals, families, and caregivers, when applicable.
