2CareProfessional is the app designed for healthcare professionals working within the 2Care telemedicine platform.

It provides an efficient and intuitive tool for managing home care activities for assigned patients. The caregiver can view tasks, record the activities performed in a logbook, start a timer during the visit, and collect the patient's and caregiver's digital signature at the end of the visit.

The app includes a personal agenda that records scheduled tasks, including sending measurements, completing questionnaires, and recording social care activities. Measurements can be entered manually or collected using certified medical devices authorized by the referring physician.
