This is a great service I've been searching for a service like this for awhile now. Thank you! One idea: the $50 deposit may detract new customers from trusting/understanding the service. If I were you I'd start with a week free trial, then start up on the $9.99 per group per month charges once people understand how to use the service. Possibly incorporate the $50 deposit in the user's second month of service. That way, there will be less barriers to entry and new users can trust you a bit more. It may deter some new users away the way the pricing system currently works. I hope this helps! Thanks again for your service.
