What is Finesse and Internet Connection Monitor?

The Finesse and Internet Connection Monitor is a Chrome extension designed for enhanced user connectivity experience. It actively tracks internet connection and Cisco Finesse's log-in status, generating a sound alert in case of any connectivity disruptions or login problems. Moreover, it generates pro-active alerts, reminding users to switch their Finesse aux status back to 'ready' when it's left in 'Break', 'Lunch' or 'Not Ready' states. This extension also features a log page, providing historical data on downtime issues.

I like this extension, very useful. I was having intermittent connection issues and the log was super helpful in providing to my IT department to help resolve the issue. Definite recommend!
