JIRA Issue Highlighting is a Chrome extension that highlights the background color of JIRA issues. By setting the card colors in the Board Settings, this extension colors the whole card, with the bar on the left side of the issue getting the color set by 'Card Color' and the rest of the card getting a 90% lighter color.
