What is modern scroll?

Modern Scroll is a Chrome extension that brings an entirely reimagined scrolling experience. It doesn't consume your screen space, retains website layout stability, and is usable even in fullscreen mode. It lets you fully customize its appearance and behavior, improves scrolling speed and performance, and provides a 'superbar' for simultaneous horizontal and vertical scrolling. Modern Scroll also allows for easy scrolling to the top and bottom of a page and comes with a JavaScript interface for tailor-made mouse gestures or bookmarklets.
