Extension summary

Define your own blacklist to block titles, artists, albums and anything else you don't want to listen on Spotify. Skipify blocks them automatically.

Blacklist are easy to use. Just insert parts of the artist or title you want to block.

  • "Just*er" matches "Justin Bieber" (without quotes)
  • "justin*" matches anything includes "justin" (without quotes)

Be careful by using wildcards!

  • a* blocks anything including "a"
    • blocks ANYTHING on Spotify (nice to make Spotify unusable)

User reviews

Only works with Chrome browser-based Spotify. Developer doesn't seem to be updating the extension to keep up with changes in the Windows desktop version of the software.

Well, it opens in a new Tab (extensions-Tab), but it works perfect!
