Lightning Reopen V3 - Fast Browser Restarts

"Lightning Reopen V3" is a Manifest V3-compatible Chrome extension that allows Chromium-based browsers to run in the background for quick restarts and notifications without an active window. This extension does not access your browsing data, includes no tracking, and is fully open-sourced. It's updated continuously and is designed for fast re-opening, unlike the archived LightningReopen, set for removal in June 2024. Note that it's not compatible with non-Chromium browsers.

It seems that your addon is causing a black screen (shaped like a Chrome window) to appear during Chrome startup for a split second. This didn’t happen before and won't happen with addon disabled. I hope you’ll be able to fix it. Other than that, it’s an awesome addon!
