Anyone complaining about the results and being stuck with yahoo search is just not... Tech literate. I mainly use it to look for websites (Amazon, Google Maps, etc. instead of visiting them directly from the address bar) that I use commonly on a day to day. Sure, it works for regular (not images, videos, news...) searches like Google, and it gets you what you're looking for maybe 70% of the time. If you really can't find it, just type "google" and search from your website, don't be lazy.
Anyway, it's a very simple way to give something back for literally doing what you have otherwise done anyway. I doubt it was meant to replace Google (be realistic).
I've been using "for a Cause" extensions for several years now. Quite happy with them.
4/5 because the search capabilities could definitely be a lot better when regards to images, news, and videos... Although, (again) nothing that typing and searching for "google" can't fix.
