Сообщение на телефон is a Chrome extension that allows you to send messages to WhatsApp users without adding them to your contact list. Simply select a phone number on the page and click 'Сообщение в WhatsApp'. If the number is registered in WhatsApp, a chat with that number will open in the web version. If the number cannot be selected, you can manually enter it. The extension recognizes any phone number format, including spaces, hyphens, and other separators, as well as variations in the way the numbers are written.

Отличное решение, работает. 1. Выделил номер 2. Кликнул правой кнопкой 3. Выбрал "Сообщение в WhatsApp" 4. И вуаля))) открылся чат ватсап на ПК с этим номером p.s Тестировал в WhatsApp Бизнес, но думаю что и будет работать в простом логика одна этаже.
