Key features include incident responding with options to go directly to the incident scene or the fire house, mobile mapping to view incident locations, and turn-by-turn voice navigation to the incident. The Hydrant Viewer lets responders easily locate nearby hydrants, while the two-way distribution list messaging facilitates seamless communication within the team. Additionally, a station calendar keeps track of upcoming events and syncs with Android devices.

For fire chiefs, ECM2 offers advanced capabilities such as hydrant editing with detailed attributes, responder status tracking to monitor who is responding and where, and integration tips for ScannerRadio to enable automatic streaming of local scanner audio.
