This is tool to see yourself with webcam. so-called photo/video selfie on your browser. It will make your browser mirror. This default setting is using reversible mirror which shows you how you look like when other people see you. Important point is real mirror cannot do this. Also, you can change view with different filter and record and save it if you like. If you don't need your selfie video, just close tab and it will be gone completely.
