Bring Pushbullet Notifications Back to Chrome

Allows the Pushbullet browser extension to show phone notifications, even if the desktop app is also installed.

Bring Pushbullet Notifications Back to Chrome is a handy Chrome extension that restores the ability to receive Pushbullet phone notifications directly in your browser, even if the Pushbullet desktop application is installed. By default, having both the desktop app and browser extension results in notifications being shown only in the desktop app, with no option to display them in the browser.

This extension addresses that limitation by allowing users to toggle phone notifications independently for the browser extension or desktop app. Users can easily turn notifications on or off in the extension's options, while desktop app notifications can be controlled from its own settings. This solution is perfect for Pushbullet fans who want more flexibility in managing notifications across their devices.

For developers and curious users, the extension's source code is available on GitHub, encouraging transparency and further customization. Overall, this extension enhances the Pushbullet experience by giving users more control over where they receive their important notifications.

Doesnt work

I don't even need this extension but after reading the reason for its existence (out of curiosity) I installed it only to give 5-stars. Non-sense response from Pushbullet, as much as I find useful the service to mirror my notifications Pushbullet support to users requests have always been abysmal. For example they refuse to offer a middle ground tier for their subscriptions for people like me that only uses part of the extension functionality but would like to support them, so they prefer to receive $0 for potential paying users like me that offer a cheaper subscription... Ridiculous.
