How it works:

When a download finishes, fails, or is cancelled, a 5-second timer starts
After 5 seconds, the download entry is erased from history
The toolbar badge disappears on its own
On browser startup, any leftover downloads from previous sessions are cleared immediately

What it doesn't do:

Does NOT delete the downloaded files from your computer
Does NOT collect any data
Does NOT require any configuration
