Why the new version 1.3.1 looks like the same as the Windows default scroll style, not the android style? BTW, the older version 1.2.5 is working well in my another PC

突然变粗了，还以为插件失效了，特意来看，看大家都这样。想不通作者为啥变成这样，又粗又不会自动隐藏，好难看。 It suddenly became thicker. I thought the plug-in had failed, so I came to check it out and saw that everyone else was like this. I can’t figure out why the author turned it into this. It’s thick and won’t hide automatically. It’s so ugly.
