What is scroll style?

'Scroll Style' is a Chrome extension that imitates the activity-driven dynamic display of scroll bars seen in android. It smartly stays out of sight when not in use, preserving aesthetic integrity and does not consume any extension process. The extension also features recent updates like horizontal scroll bars and the capability to detect and hide during a flash player's full window mode. The color scheme has been updated following the Material Design guide and compatibility with Firefox made possible by JQuery updating.

The best scroll bar extension out there. I was just hoping that it would have a setting to allow for custom color selection, using a hex color code for example.
