The only one that made default behaviour to be "Mute". So every new tab will be muted. The only issue is that single tab can't be unmuted.

Bütün sekmelerin sesini aynı anda kapatmayı sağlan bir eklenti. Tarayıcının sesini tek tek kapatmak isteyenler adres çubuğuna chrome://flags/#enable-tab-audio-muting yazsın ve enable/etkinleştir desin ama bu eklentiyi de kurun. İşinize yarar.
