CStele Mobil

This application is only for registered users of Care Solutions Telefoni ("Switchboard"). The app provides mobile users with options similar to the Windows version of CStele. The app requires a username and password, which can only be obtained by registered users of the Switchboard.

Care Solutions provides telephone solutions for Danish companies based on SIP technology and centered around a digital, user-controlled switchboard. This solution is called the "Switchboard". Daily use is handled by the Windows program CStele, which, among other things, displays incoming queues, integration with own programs, and internal chat.

CStele Mobile allows users to chat with colleagues from their mobile devices when they are outside the office. It can also show the user whether there are incoming calls waiting in the user's queues. The module allows the user to "pull" waiting calls from the queue and automatically redirect the call to the user's mobile phone.

It also allows the user to initiate a phone call to any external phone number or via the built-in phone book that is part of the Switchboard. The purpose of this feature is to allow the user to make a call via their company number instead of directly from their personal mobile phone. The Switchboard automatically calls both the user's mobile number and the recipient in question and connects the two calls.

Finally, the app allows the user to send mobile notifications when a chat message is received or when an incoming call arrives at one of the phone queues where the user is registered.

In order to use this application, the user must first purchase a Switchboard solution from Care Solutions. No sensitive user data is collected or stored beyond the minimum necessary for a business agreement between the user and Care Solutions. All messages in the Chat module are encrypted and deleted within 48 hours. The application registers an anonymous device ID that allows the user to receive mobile notifications.
