CardioAssist is a cardiovascular wellness app that supports your day-to-day personal tracking of heart rhythm, blood pressure and well-being. Designed to work with your Polar H10 chest strap and most Bluetooth heart rate sensors on the market.

REAL-TIME ECG VIEW VIA BLUETOOTH
CardioAssist connects to your heart rate sensor to display your live ECG trace on screen. The app is optimized for the Polar H10 chest strap, the reference for consumer heart rate sensors, and is also compatible with: Wahoo Tickr, Garmin HRM Pro / Dual / Tri, Suunto Smart Belt and most ANT+/BLE sensors that support the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service.
The app shows your heart rate (BPM), signal quality and a rhythm irregularity indicator in real time, for informational purposes only.

BLOOD PRESSURE TRACKING
Enter your blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, pulse) taken with your usual blood pressure monitor. CardioAssist keeps the history and shows trend charts over 7, 30 or 90 days, with visual cues based on WHO reference values, for informational purposes only.

EVENT JOURNAL
Log your sensations: palpitations, breathlessness, dizziness, perceived discomfort. Link them to your readings to better understand your daily state and to prepare conversations with your doctor.

TRENDS & TRACKING REPORT
View your data over 7, 30 or 90 days as clear charts. Generate a printable summary report you can share with your cardiologist or general practitioner during consultations.

PERSONAL DOCUMENTS
Securely store, on your device only, your prescriptions, reports, lab results and personal documents related to your tracking. Everything stays accessible offline.

AI ASSISTANT FOR UNDERSTANDING
