Excellent education from included definitions as app measures over 5 heart rate variability parameters plus other measurable heart or breathing parameters. Graphs provide visual details and understanding not available from one number. Identify heartbeat shortcomings from stressful exercise or electrolyte deficiency after a fast. Electrolytes influence muscle contraction+relaxation.

Wow. Great app! It has options to connect to polar H10 and finger pulse rate. It gives you temporal, frequential AND non-linear variables on the app and it lets you download the .csv files. I think it's the only app that lets you do all that. I'll try it a few times and if it doesn't have connectivity and delay issues, I'll pay the premium option. Kudos for you!
