Create custom work and rest phases, nested rounds, named intervals, sounds, colors and vibrations. Save workouts as presets, reorder phases with drag and drop, and share timers through a link.

The timer continues running with the screen off using an ongoing notification with pause, stop and skip controls. A full Wear OS app lets you build and run workouts directly on your watch, with synchronized presets and vibration alerts. Use it for CrossFit-style WODs, EMOM, AMRAP, jump rope, stretching, rehabilitation, meditation, breathing exercises or Pomodoro focus sessions. No account or sign-up is required, and all timer features are free.

Fantastic, simple clear does the job without complications. This is how a dedicated app should be. Too many apos are over complicated with features hidden under layers of options. Samsung please install this on all your watches!

Does what it says it does. But the deal breaker is that you can't turn the interval alarm off, and it seems to ignore the OS alarm volume nor sound volume. I intend to use it at public gyms, so it always beeping, is a deal breaker
