Choose Simple mode for quick setups or Advanced mode to build custom interval sequences, then save presets to start any workout instantly. Key features include text-to-speech cues so you always know the next exercise, notification & lock-screen controls, and built-in statistics to set weekly goals and track progress.

The extension pairs with a Wear OS companion app so you can control timers on your wrist, record heart rate during sessions, review heart-rate zones and calories, and transfer saved timers to train without a phone. Privacy-friendly and offline-first: no registration, no ads, no internet required and all data stored locally. Note: some Android devices (e.g., Huawei, Xiaomi, Samsung, OnePlus) require disabling aggressive battery optimization for reliable background timing. A phone-status permission is optional to pause timers on incoming calls.
