Shadow Me is a GPS activity tracker for runners and cyclists built around one idea: racing yourself.

Set any past activity as your Shadow — then go. Your shadow replays on the map in real time as you run or ride, showing exactly where your past self was at the same elapsed time. The comparison pill tells you whether you're ahead or behind, by how much distance and by how many seconds. It's the most motivating way to beat your own record.

Shadow Racing Pick any activity from your history as your shadow. Once you start, your shadow appears on the map and moves with you. The indicator updates live — push harder when you're falling behind, ease off when you're comfortably ahead.

GPS Tracking Accurate GPS tracking for running and cycling. Records distance, duration, pace, speed, elevation, and heart rate. Auto-pause detects when you stop moving and resumes automatically when you start again. Your screen stays on during a session.

Heart Rate Connects to Bluetooth heart rate monitors. Average and max heart rate recorded with every activity.
