Some sites have a terrible amount of clutter. Using Auto Outline, you can set rules so that those sites will always redirect to outline.com.

It works well, but it would be nice if it would adjust the history so the back button still works with one click, rather than going back to the pre-Outline URL which gets Outlined again. Hitting back a second time quickly works, but it's a hassle.
