What is Outliner?

"Outliner" is a Chrome extension designed to improve webpage navigation. It automatically identifies all headers within a webpage and generates a table of contents as a left-hand side pop-out box. Clicking on any heading within the Outliner navigates the user to the corresponding section. It requires limited permissions and does not track user data or activity. How to use

Click the Outliner button beside your address bar to activate it. You will see a box coming from left with the outline in it.

Click the cross button on the bottom left to close the outline.

I think Turbo Outliner is better and quicker, but it too lacks options. HeadingsMap is even more accurate.
