SuchEcho Mantrailing

SearchEcho supports mantrailing teams with linked training sessions and independent trail recordings.

Runners (VP), search dog teams (Team), differentiation teams (DIV), and trainers can collaborate using a six-digit session code. VP and Team trails are synchronized between Android and iOS. In double-blind mode, the VP trail remains hidden from the team until the search is complete.

During a search, SearchEcho calculates trail progress, distance, direction, parallel paths, bridges, and start and finish states. Voice, sounds, vibration, and visual cues can be configured in detail.

Recordings continue via a visible Android notification when switching apps or when the display is off and can be stopped at any time. Completed training sessions are stored locally in the history and can be exported as GPX or PDF files.

No user account, no advertising, and no data sales. Names and location/trail data are only transmitted to the SearchEcho server during a voluntarily initiated live session.
