Statusblick

Where does my order stand right now?

Statusblick answers this question without you having to call or write an email.

Simply scan the QR code you received from the company and you can see the progress of your order at any time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Scan the QR code – or paste the link you received by email.

2. The order appears in your list.

3. You'll be notified if anything changes.

That's all it takes. No account, no registration, no password.

MULTIPLE COMPANIES SURROUNDED BY SIDE

The workshop, the kitchen studio, the repair service: All orders are listed together, each with the name and colors of the company handling it. For each order, you'll find the company's contact information – phone number, email address, physical address, and opening hours.

NOTIFICATIONS YOU DETERMINE

Customizable for each process: all changes, only the important ones,

or none at all. If feedback from you is needed, you'll know immediately – the notification remains until you acknowledge it.

EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK

The last known status is saved and displayed when there is no connection. It's clearly marked so you know you're seeing an older version.

TWO DEVICES, ONE LIST

Connect your phone and tablet. Both display the same processes,
without requiring you to create an account anywhere.

WHAT STATUSVIEW IS NOT

Not a customer portal or advertising platform. The app shows you the status
of your processes – nothing more, nothing else.

DATA PROTECTION

Statusblick requires no name, email address, or registration.

The camera is used solely for reading the QR code; no images are saved or transmitted. You will only receive notifications if
you turn them on.
