schiessklad.de

schiessklad.de is the digital replacement for paper shooting logbooks for sport shooting clubs – legally compliant with the German Weapons Act, with everything the club and its members need for daily operations.

IMPORTANT: This app can only be used if your club already uses schiessklad.de. Access will be set up for you by your club's board or the responsible supervisor – independent registration without a club is not possible.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Shooting Log: Every training session and competition visit is verifiably documented – who shot, when, where, with which weapon, and under which supervisor, as required by Section 15 of the German Weapons Act.

• Range Operation: Log in and out of the range directly via the app, including lane occupancy, supervisor changes, and automatic reminders if someone forgets to log out.

• Weapon Management: Maintain your own weapons with caliber, serial number, and firearms license information; digitally record loan certificates according to Section 12 Paragraph 1 No. 1 of the German Weapons Act.

• Proof of need: Keep track of your shooting frequency – the app shows your progress over a twelve-month period and generates PDF documentation for the authorities.

• Work service: Mandatory hours, planned assignments, and your personal record at a glance, for clubs that organize work service via the app.

• Push notifications: Reminders for loan slip returns, pending approvals, and important club announcements – these can be deactivated if desired.

• NFC login: Clubs with a compatible terminal can log in at the range entrance using a chip and PIN, without needing a mobile phone.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For members of shooting clubs whose club uses schiessklad.de – from newcomers keeping their shooting log for the first time to range officers who organize range operations.

The app exclusively documents what was shot, when, where, and with which weapon. Competition results, rankings, or scores are intentionally not part of the application – it is not designed for that purpose.
