2024-11-13	Do*****	App is still not properly working on Android devices (Pixel 8). It once allows a login and giving the required permissions for location services, then crashes and subsequently gets stuck at the splash screen. Uninstalling, scrubbing all data, and re-installing does not change anything about this problem.

2024-08-20	Ga*****	From the last update the app stopped working completely on my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. The app does not start at all and freezes on the splash screen. Cleaning the cache/app data and reinstalling the app did not help.

2024-07-12	Pa*****	Since weeks the app stopped working completely on my Pixel 8Pro (I can't trace if it was after an update or when it broke). I have contacted R&M support, but they are unable to diagnostic and fix it.

2024-05-28	Fr*****	Great interface but lousy backend. The app depends on A) Bluetooth connection to the bike and B) an M2M network for the alarm and tracking. For my new UBN 5 neither A nor B works. Especially a faulty B means that you can end up with an activated bike alarm that you can't turn off. Happened to me in the middle of Stockholm. No response from RM support on this. The bike is super but use the Fazua app instead

I tried reinstalled, deleted cache, done everything and doesn't work. R&M is the only app that behaves this way. When I spoke with R&M support, they said they have no guidance and it is a problem of my phone. I don't know what I can do other than installing the app and logging on.
