RX Connect

The RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your Riese & Müller e‑bike with an RX Chip. It provides live bike location, a digital alarm with push notifications (and optional sound/blinking lights on compatible models), an automatic digital ride log, and a Bluetooth speedometer for supported systems. You can also share your bike’s location via a link and view local dealers and My Bike service portal data.

To use RX Connect you need a bike fitted with an RX Chip, a free My Bike account and an active RX Service. Enable push notifications and location services for full functionality, and pair via Bluetooth for UBN or Bosch Smart System bikes. Consent to tracking is required and can be revoked at any time.
