OrthoRegena

OrthoRegena is an app that offers therapeutic functional training exercises. Movement sequences are carried out that use several joints or muscle groups at the same time. This app is aimed at users with various clinical pictures of the jaw joints, cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, shoulder joints, hip joints and knee joints.

The app can be used after a doctor’s prescription and also without a doctor’s prescription. The offered therapeutic exercises are put together individually on the basis of an initial personalization/anamnesis. Based on regular feedback from users on pain, limitations in quality of life and leisure time, as well as feedback on the individual exercises performed, these are adjusted in terms of selection, rhythm, training intensity and level of difficulty.

In addition to the exercise area, OrthoRegena offers a knowledge area in which various articles on the individual clinical picture and general health-related specialist information are displayed. This serves to educate and inform the users and thus also a better understanding of their illness, the possible course of the illness, their possibilities of influencing it and, last but not least, increased self-determination.
