MSD All about you - The app that revolves around your physical & mental well-being.
Note: The MSD All about you app is only available to employees of MSD Sharp Dohme GmbH.

All about you is the place where you can see all wellbeing offers for MSD employees at a glance. Without a long search you get the support you need at the moment.

REGISTRATION
You will receive your registration ID from MSD or the Senseble team. With this and your business email address, you can register in the app in just a few steps.

THE BENEFITS
• Everything in one place: With the All about you app you have all MSD Wellbeing offers and services for your health and well-being at a glance. With the app on your smartphone, you can use it at any time and no matter where you are.
• Developed by experts: All app content such as training, relaxation and knowledge courses was developed by medically trained sports scientists, nutritionists and psychologists
• Not alone on your way: You can reach the Senseble Experts at any time via the app and they will accompany you on your way to your health goal

FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
• About You: Here you get an overview of all current MSD Wellbeing offers.
• Appointments: With just a few clicks you can book your personal coaching appointment with one of the Senseble Coaches in the areas of exercise, nutrition and mental health. In a 45-minute (video) call, you can talk to your coach about the issues that concern you in relation to your well-being.
• Courses: A large number of training, relaxation and knowledge courses await you in the 'Courses' area. No matter which goal you are pursuing, the right course is waiting for you here.
• Discover: The Discover area provides you with short workouts and relaxation units for in between and has a large number of healthy recipes and the MSD Wellbeing Magazine ready for you
• Profile: In your profile you can see your training progress to date and an overview of the units you have completed so far
