myHealth-App helps eligible Mercedes‑Benz and Daimler Truck employees analyze their lifestyle and build healthier habits. The app offers lifestyle assessments, personalized evaluations and recommendations across activity, strength, nutrition, stress, sleep and smoking. Users can set goals, follow workouts, trainings and meditations, access recipes and short articles, complete weekly tasks, and earn badges, points and tokens redeemable for rewards.

Teams can join employer-organized competitions, automatically sync steps from Google Fit, Fitbit or Garmin, and use corporate health management features provided by their employer. The app aims for accessibility and includes an accessibility declaration. Note: access is limited to employees at participating Mercedes‑Benz or Daimler Truck companies.
