Shift Planner

Dienstplan is the simple way for shift workers and side-job holders to keep track of working hours, overtime and vacation for one or several employers – fully offline, no registration required. Available in English and German.

DASHBOARD WITH THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER
• Overtime card: your current plus/minus balance up to today, listed per employer
• Per employer: hours worked, hours already planned and the monthly target
• Next shift and next vacation, including remaining vacation days
• Vacation and sick days of the month – the vacation row can be shown or hidden per employer

• Set individual working days per employer, so only the relevant weekdays are selectable

OVERTIME & VACATION AT A GLANCE
• Automatic overtime calculation, including public holidays and vacation days

• Remaining vacation carries over: unused days are added to next year's entitlement automatically

• Record travel time separately and pay it at its own rate (factor or fixed amount per hour)
• Daily log: assign activities with durations to a working day, including remembered suggestions
• Record sick days – they do not reduce your hours worked
