i cannot buy a single ticket on my s23 for weeks now, it gives a error message that your paypal isnt set up properly and the creditcard option also doesnt work

my handy ticket doesn't update automatically after the payment goes off my acct. most times I've had to pay my bus fare with cash until it gets resolved! there's no option to even update the app on my phone since 2025!
