2026-03-28	Ry*****	My favorite part of this app is how it asks me, after I enter my phone number and PIN, whether I'd like to use biometric login. And I say yes. And then next time I use the app, it's completely forgotten me and I need to log in again with my phone number and PIN. This is especially delightful when I'm trying to catch a train and don't have time to screw around with this (@&#$ app. I just want to buy a ticket with no hassle, but this app is all about hassle.

2025-04-01	Ma*****	Nice app but so uncomfortable to use. now they have managed to implement an epic fail in favorite handling. since there are no more 10 trip tickets the favorite got remapped to a 9 am ticket 2000 with no apparent way to cancel and refund in case of accidentally buying it. Support we need to talk.
