HAN Team

"HAN Team" is the app for employees of HAN Gebäudereinigung GmbH. It displays your workday clearly on your mobile phone – simple, intuitive, and quick to use.

Here's what the app can do:

• Today – your current or next assignment is prominently displayed at the top, with the clock, break time, and check-out time.

• Check-in and check-out at the site – with location verification; your working hours are automatically transmitted to the office.

• Schedule – monthly calendar with all your assignments.

• To Do Today – cleaning schedule, tasks, and complaints for a specific site in one list, which you can check off with photo documentation.

• Sites – site file with access information, instructions, and routes by car, bus & train, or on foot.

• Tasks – what, where, how, and with what, step by step.

• Tickets – view complaints with work instructions and report them as completed with an after-photo.

• Ordering Supplies – select items and submit the order for your site.

• Chat with the Office – send messages and photos directly to the office.

• My hours and absences – overview of hours worked, request vacation or sick leave.

The app also works offline: entries are saved and automatically sent as soon as internet access is available again.

Note: This app is exclusively for employees of HAN Gebäudereinigung GmbH. Access (username and access code) is provided by the office.
