WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Dashboard: Arrivals, departures, occupancy, rooms to be cleaned, and open tasks at a glance – filterable by building section.

• Room status at your fingertips: released, occupied, in cleaning, or maintenance – each status clearly indicated with color AND symbol (accessible for everyone). Changes are immediately visible to all.

• Notes & Damage Photos: Record notes and photos directly at the room – ideal for cleaning and maintenance.

• Tasks & Extras: Check off tasks and process booked guest extras (e.g., champagne in the room, late check-out) as a to-do list.

• Lost and Found: Easily manage items with photos and status (found, collected, disposed of).

• Messages: Receive notifications from reception with audio and report them as resolved – nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

• Guest information for reception: Look up reservation details, notes (VIP, allergies, pets), and bill status.

HOW IT WORKS

The app is connected to a HOSTERA hotel system. The respective hotel's server address is entered during login; login is done with the hotel's employee account. The app cannot be used without valid hotel access.

The camera and photos are used exclusively for user-submitted photos of lost and found items and damage. Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
