Our FleetCockpit system completes our service for printers and multifunctional device manufacturers, networked and from a single source. We are thus adding three managed service components to our existing range of financing, service and maintenance services as well as the delivery of consumables. So that our customers can concentrate fully on their actual business again.



Meter management
FleetCockpit permanently records all meter readings from all network systems. The data is available at any time for consumption billing and for individually tailored reports.



Toner management
FleetCockpit monitors the toner levels of all copier and printing systems. The system automatically calculates how long the available supply will last and precisely triggers the toner delivery.



Service management
FleetCockpit anticipates many disruptions. Our specialists always have an eye on all systems through permanent monitoring. Maintenance or the replacement of a functional part is triggered - often before a fault occurs.
Alarm messages immediately trigger a service ticket.



Reports and Consulting
Our customers receive ideally prepared reports and data for internal use. Structure and form are determined together in a design discussion. At a jour fixe, recommendations for action are discussed with our consultants on the basis of qualified reports. Continuous optimization of a print-out

Fast and needs-based information facilitate controlling for the customer. Our solution works without access to the customer network. Its sensitive data is safely stored on the servers of a professional data center in Germany.
