The "Blood Pressure" app is and will remain free. If you like the app, you can voluntarily support its further development with a tip – but you don't have to.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Blood Pressure is a documentation and wellness tool and not a medical device. The app does not provide diagnoses and is not a substitute for medical advice. Always discuss any abnormalities with your doctor.

Permissions — what they are used for:

- Bluetooth (Discover, Pair, Connect): Connects to your blood pressure monitor to read measurements — only when you do so and only for read access.

- Location (Android 11 and earlier only): Required by the system for Bluetooth device discovery. The app never uses, stores, or transmits your location. This permission is removed in Android 12 and later.

- Internet & Network Status: Only for the voluntary tip via Google Play. Your health data remains exclusively on your device — no tracking, no advertising, no transmission.

- Run on startup: Restores your measurement reminders after a device restart. No background service.

- Notifications, Alarm & Vibration: For timely measurement reminders — only if you set them up.
