The car has been in the lot since Tuesday. It's been polished and the interior cleaned, and there was already a scratch there. At the end of the month, someone still asks if this was how it was ordered and whether it was parked for four or three days.

Fleet44 connects the two parties between whom such questions arise: the car dealership and the service provider that works for it—detailing, painting, workshop, wrapping, dent repair, modifications, refueling, transport. Both see the same order, the same status, and the same basis for billing.

FOR THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL: ACCEPT, WORK, REPORT COMPLETED
Scan the factory barcode or QR code on the windshield—the VIN is displayed in the field. No sticker handy? A photo of the VIN or license plate is sufficient. Fleet44 reads the make and model year directly from the VIN on the device.

Also, take photos from all sides, document any damage with pictures and its location on the vehicle, the mileage, keys, and documents. What is recorded during the initial check-in is not up for debate later.


Scan the factory barcode or QR code on the windshield—the VIN is displayed in the field. Tap "Start" on the vehicle: a progress bar at the bottom updates over time, even if you open something else in the meantime. "Finish" completes the process and generates a line item with the service and labor costs. No more slips of paper in your pocket, no more adding up in the evening.

FOR THE DEALERSHIP: ORDER, VIEW, APPROVE
A list across all locations: license plate number, make, parking space, status, and who is currently working on it.

Select the service, then the dealership, preferred date, department, and a note—the order appears in the dealership's calendar. The status of each order is displayed: planned, in progress, or reported as complete. As long as no work has started, an order can be canceled.

CONFIRMATION: THE INTERFACE
The dealership reports completion, and the dealership confirms with a name and timestamp—or submits a complaint with an explanation. Only then can the item be billed. Both parties can see what is still outstanding for the duration of the month.

PREPARE INVOICES
Stationary days, including arrival and departure days, services with labor values, transport distances, and stored parts with daily rates are automatically compiled—broken down per vehicle, for a specific period, as a PDF or Excel file. The dealership can see in their system what has been billed so far and how this compares to their monthly budget—as a total, not as individual items.

Please note: Fleet44 does not generate invoices. The summary is a preliminary invoice, without tax information or bank details. Each party still generates the invoice in their own system.

CLEARLY SEPARATE
Each dealership has its own customer line with its own records; your employees only see the dealerships they are responsible for. Conversely, a dealership can work with multiple locations—a different one for each department.

ACCESS
Access is granted to companies. There is no purchase process or activation within the app; you will receive your login details from your administrator.

DATA
Servers in the EU, transmission encrypted. Each company sees only its own data. Login with email and password, optionally with two-factor authentication. The account can be deleted within the app itself.
