Somnolution

Somnolution aims to support participants in strengthening their mental and/or physical health and improving their sleep patterns. With the registration, each participant gets their own profile for Somnolution. There the participants can carry out a modular health training, which consists of three different phases - a preparation phase at the beginning of the training, a measurement phase including sensor-based measurement of vital parameters and a coaching phase. The total duration of use according to the plan is 8 weeks in total, but can vary individually. At the beginning of the Somnolution health program, participants fill out a mandatory questionnaire about their health and lifestyle. After the questionnaire has been completed, participants can order the sensor in the one-week preparation phase and familiarize themselves with the app. In this phase, users receive a new so-called element per day, i.e. new app content such as an educational text. During the one-week measurement phase, users wear the fitcor sensor from corvolution, which records vital parameters. These are prepared and visualized in the app according to the addressee. In addition, participants are offered various exercises such as a breathing exercise, which is carried out with a biofeedback function via the sensor. The subsequent intervention phase provides partly general and partly individualized content in the form of texts, videos or audios. Another component of the intervention are entries that users can optionally make themselves, for example to record experiences or reflections.
