Intervalo

Train with individual intervals based on time or distance.

Without registration, accounts, cloud or other unnecessary nicknack.

For example:
Start with 5 minutes of jogging to warm up, followed by three fast 1km intervals with 30 seconds rest in between. Finally, run 500m.

Intervalo can notify you by vibrating, sending a notification (can be displayed on your smartwatch), or by reading the next interval aloud (text-to-speech).

Intervalo can record statistics such as pace, distance traveled, or workout time.
