E-Invoice Helper is a local payment safe for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD/Factur-X.

The app helps freelancers, small businesses, and associations quickly understand electronic invoices before payment:

- Import and view e-invoices in a readable format
- Detect format: XRechnung, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, PDF, or invalid XML

- Payment safe with risk alerts
- Detect IBAN changes and potential duplicates

- Identify suspicious amounts compared to the local supplier history

- Prepare payment with a security summary and SEPA QR code

- Archive invoices locally

- Generate audit reports, PDFs, and export packages

- Create and restore encrypted backups for device changes

The free version can check real files but does not display complete payment amounts. The Pro version unlocks full viewing, payment safe details, archiving, export, payment QR codes, reminders, encrypted backups, and the ability to create your own e-invoices.

The app works offline first. Invoices remain locally on your device. No cloud storage, no analytics. Backups are only created if the user saves them manually or selects a specific auto-backup folder.
