The DMRZ app complements the DMRZ industry software and supports drivers and authorized employees in their mobile workday. Trips, shifts, and documents can be viewed and edited directly on-site.

Keep Track of Shifts and Working Hours

The Shifts module displays the planned working hours for the next 14 days, as well as the assigned vehicle and team. Working hours can be started, paused, and ended directly in the app. Remarks can also be added.

SmartSnapp: Capture Documents Directly on-site

With SmartSnapp, users can take photos and documents directly and assign them to the relevant trip or order. The app supports, among other things:

Local storage and automatic transfer

Display of transfer status

Re-entry of documents that were not transferred

Changing the document type

Cropping, rotating, and image optimization

Captured documents remain viewable and editable locally for up to 24 hours.

Continue working offline

Certain data that has already been transferred can also be edited without an internet connection. This is particularly helpful in buildings with limited reception, such as hospitals or senior centers.

As soon as a suitable connection is available again, the app automatically synchronizes local changes with the central DMRZ system.

Push notifications

Push notifications inform you about new or changed orders, trips, and shifts – even when the app is not open. The notifications do not contain any sensitive personal data. Changes can also be reviewed later in the change log.

The range of functions depends on the DMRZ plan you have, the modules you have selected, and your user roles and permissions. A corresponding DMRZ user account is required to use the app.
