myDMRZ Krankentransport

Plan your medical transport or patient transfers conveniently and bill health insurance companies (or other payers) quickly and easily – DMRZ.de makes it possible. All the information is available here: www.dmrz.de/fuer-wen/krankentransport

The "myDMRZ Patient Transport" app is for all taxi/rental car companies or transport services (e.g., for qualified patient transport) that use DMRZ.de. The app offers: "FleetQ: My Trips," "Shifts - Record Working Hours," and "SmartSnapp: Take Photos."

"FleetQ: My Trips":
The mobile trip order transmission system in conjunction with DMRZ.de's "FleetQ Trip Planning." With "FleetQ Trip Planning," you can plan all types of trips – including recurring trips (e.g., dialysis trips), multi-passenger transport, or continuous round trips.


FleetQ: My Trips Whether it's a medical transport, courier delivery, or invoice trip: As soon as the trip is planned on the PC, it's automatically transferred to the app and can be completed by the driver while on the go. The driver can update the trip's status at any time – the dispatcher is always informed.

Completed trips can then be billed on DMRZ.de with just a few clicks.

"Shifts - Record Working Hours":

View the planned shifts for the next few days and record the actual hours worked. Employees receive information via the app, such as their assigned vehicle and break times. The app can also be used to record the hours of all employees being accompanied. The recorded hours are automatically saved to the respective time accounts in your DMRZ.de account. Time sheets can then be generated quickly.

"SmartSnapp: Photograph":

Transport slips (Form 4), authorizations, dialysis protocols, signature lists, and other documents can be quickly and easily photographed with the app and uploaded to DMRZ.de. Thanks to text recognition, the data is extracted, and billing can be carried out in a flash.

Note: For accurate and efficient planning, the myDMRZ app sends the current GPS position to the FleetQ trip planning system. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
