Die App ermöglicht das einfache Abfotografieren von Belegen und überzeugt im Scan-Bereich im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Allerdings klagen Nutzer über langsame und klobige Leistung, häufige Upload-Probleme mit unvollständigen oder fehlgeschlagenen Uploads, Abstürze insbesondere auf Android 12 und das Fehlen einer brauchbaren PDF-Upload-Funktion. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit wird als schlecht empfunden, was die Gesamterfahrung stark beeinträchtigt.
