Hub for communication, information and process design in the company - the focus is on the employees!

To get started, each user installs the application in a closed container solution, receives the official license key and his private key by SMS from the administrative department, which entitles him to participate in the company community and is then entitled to use the scalable functions according to his user group.

Payroll & Certificates
Employees receive their payslips in encrypted form, apply for and receive certificates requested by the authorities, such as housing benefit certificates, or receive any documents that can be defined that are important for internal company purposes, such as work instructions or duty rosters.

verification
Sometimes there is an order-related or legally initiated obligation to provide evidence that is sent to the employee via an app and is verifiably verified. To which evidence and the way is controlled via the back office.

performance decreases
In interaction with the back office / DMS / ERP system, orders are generated, which are sent to the person executing them via app and are confirmed there by the client. A process is initiated in the back office, which leads to system-supported accounting, as a result of the service confirmed in the framework commissioned or adjusted during execution.

chat function
The user communicates with other users within the company community in private or public chat rooms. The functionalities are based on the common messenger services.
Data management, data access and data transfer are based on European data protection standards.
