With the People App, employees always have the latest information and contact details at hand - ready to hand in their host pocket.

The app contains i.a. following functions:

news
The latest internal company news is communicated on the news page.

news
The message function is used to communicate important messages, such as approved vacation requests, push messages, etc.

Employee Directory
With the employee directory, employees always have the contact details of their colleagues available.

profile
The employee can edit their data in their own profile. Provide contact details in an emergency and upload important documents such as a driver's license.

agenda
Events can be uploaded in the employee agenda. Employees can register or deregister for events. From this, the system automatically generates an attendance list.

personal feed
A timeline as we know it from common social media, but then only for internal communication! Share messages, comment, leave a "like".

courses
Instruction videos can be uploaded and accompanied by questions.

vacation requests
Employees can submit a vacation request via the app.
